Michael was so much fun to hang out with! We talked a lot about fashion. And you’ll have to ask him how he got one of the volunteers fired – lol! He was thrilled with Meg’s personal shopping services. He seems to be having some issues with Xfinity at his home. Perhaps you can connect with a local leader in the region?

Spent a good deal of time with Michael at the Masters. He inquired about how we support our customers in terms of provisioning with our tech stack and offered it might be an opportunity to partner on deployments. He mentioned paying too much for his Xfinity services and expressed some frustration with our retention vs. new customer pricing constructs. If we can work something out for him think it would be a big win.
