This was my first time meeting Lee. Turns out he is a customer of Crunchtime and uses their software so that was a great conversation starter. Having everyone from the restaurant industry made for a great connection point. Lee is going to be in Scottsdale on April 19 for the restaurant leadership conference and Russ will also be attending. Lee wants to play golf with Russ in the Crouch while at the event, Russ will spend time with Lee and get him introduced to machine cues partnerships with Crunchtime and Solink as they both are attending

Lee was very enthusiastic about his experience at the Masters and mentioned on many occasions his goal is to Make his two major brands O’Charley’s and Ninety-Nine more profitable. I discussed Machine Q and made sure to talk about our entire ecosystem. He was interested in leveraging our ecosystem to see how could creatively test his brand using our survey’s at Universal. He said his IT staff makes the decisions; however we opened the door about building on our relationships, and he gave strong indicators that his preference moving forward is all things Comcast. Opportunity Machine Q, will continue with executive alignment, following up with dinner invitation in the next month.
